What documents do I need to apply for a car finance loan?

Please provide the documentation to your relationship manager. They will assist you with your application and also contact our team to let us know.

The required documentation is as follows:

For salaried applicants:

  1. Loan application form (download form)
  2. Copy of Identity card & PIN certificate
  3. Latest 6 months bank statements
  4. Latest 3 months payslips and letter of introduction from employer
  5. Proforma invoice from MHH International
  6. Copy of logbook/importation papers and original valuation report to be provided once vehicle is within Kenyan borders

For business applicants:

  1. Loan application form (download application form)
  2. Copies of the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association, Company PIN certificate, all directors’ ID and PIN certificates and latest CR12 form
  3. Latest 6 months bank statements (12 months statements will be required if incomes are seasonal)
  4. Proforma invoice from MHH International
  5. Copy of logbook/importation papers and original valuation report to be provided once vehicle is within Kenyan borders
